Hey @embraer,
Can you please start a support ticket at support.wordfence.com since you’re a Premium customer? Per the Forum Guidelines, we’re not allowed to address Premium customer issues here.
What leads your developer to think Wordfence is contributing to this?
In the meantime, if you’re able to reproduce this please try switching the Firewall into Learning Mode to see if it helps.

Thanks,

Hey @pao2,
This isn’t a feature that Wordfence supports. In general, it’s not the best idea to disable xml-rpc as it can break plugin and site functionality. There’s more about this in the article below.

Thanks!

Hey @carnets2routards,
So sorry, I did close the thread,
I did speak with the developers, and they have plans on implementing this. I don’t have a timeline on when this will happen, but there is a feature request filed for it. I’ll add a link to this thread in the report so we can update you when we know more.
Thanks,
Gerroald

Hey @berbeates,
Sounds like a plan. Please do share any information you see in the future. And if you have any other questions, please let us know.
Just out of curiosity, what plugin are you using to log the 404s?
Thanks!
Gerroald
Hey @dipaksaraf,
I really believe this error can cause issues and is due to a plugin/theme conflict. The jQuery datetimepicker() function is used for many things within Wordfence, and possibly other areas of your site. Are you able to set up a staging site to test for the conflict?
I believe from what you’ve shared the WAF is configured properly. However, if the datetimepicker() function isn’t working correctly it might affect the scheduling of your Scans, and other things on the site.
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Gerroald

Hey @dipaksaraf,
Thanks for the update.
It seems we’re getting closer here. This error seems like it could be due to a conflict. Are you able to disable all other plugins, switch to a WordPress default theme and try once more?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Gerroald
