The latest version has some CSS updates. Please upgrade to the latest version to see if you still face this issue. If so, reply here and I will look into it further.

Hello, the latest version of the plugin includes fixes for the custom filters. The filters are now part of the Professional version however you should not face these issues with the Pro version.

Hello, is it possible you can clarify what you are looking to accomplish? Are you referring to a specific category of listings? The latest Professional version allows you to categorize listings and display them on a page or post.

There are three ways you can try to fix this issue.
1) Go to Settings -> Permalinks and click “Save Changes”
2) Go to Real Estate -> Settings -> General (on version 2.7.9), verify the Listing Page setting is set to the correct page and then click “Update”
3) Update the Listing page in the Pages -> All Pages section.

These usually work however there have been a couple sites that this did not work. Check to see you don’t have any pages called “Listings” in your Page Trash or any other real estate plugins installed.

Hello, have you made any modifications to the theme? I tested the theme and it works fine. I also noticed your theme directory is called “backup-magazine-basic” instead of “magazine-basic”

This is most likely due to a missing end tag.

I’m worried about if the issue was not resolved. I tested it on other websites and it works. I’m not sure why it does not work for you. Perhaps you need to clear your browser cache.

Thank you for taking the time to provide me with your current issues. You mentioned these issues during our phone call this morning and they have been fixed in the version released at lunch time. Please verify you are using version 2.7.9.

Providing a list of issues is not doing my job for me. You need to understand that CSS issues can happen with certain themes. While I try to make the plugin cross-compliant with other themes and plugins, it is impossible to verify the plugin will work perfectly with every theme and plugin. When I become aware of an issue or conflict, I try to offer a fix that will work across as many themes as possible.

Is it possible you can provide me with more information on how the plugin is flawed? I would like to hear of outstanding issues you are having that I am unaware of. I feel you should back up that comment.

Yes there are some recent bad reviews of customer service. This is due to some growing pains as the plugin is increasing in popularity and due to some big updates for some upcoming new features.

Since those other reviews, our ticket system has been updated, we have increased our social presence and I am being more active on the forums providing support. I don’t feel I should spend less time providing support.

As you should know being with an online business yourself, customers are more likely to leave bad reviews than good ones.

Let me know what other “flaws” the plugin has.

Hello, I do stand behind my product and strive to offer the best support possible. Your issue was resolved in an update last week. You mentioned a new issue today which is now resolved in the update just released. I understand your claims however your statements are false and extremely exaggerated. This is business and while I still want to offer assistance, being belittled on the phone or online is not going to expedite customer service, nor is something anyone should have to endure. As I stated to my last email to your company, I wish you the best and hope you find a solution that works as you require.
