For anyone else struggling with this, the issue is with the “Display random version number to all non-administrative users” option in WP Better Security.

Have you managed to fix this issue @funsail? I’m having the same problem, fonts don’t show when I’m logged out of the site.

Previously, there was a WP-cirrus widget in the widget area, but that doesn’t seem to be available now. If I roll back my theme to Atahualpa 3.7.7 it works again, but it’s not showing up as a widget in ATA 3.7.10 or twenty-twelve.

That fix worked for me too. Thanks!
