When you use the Tables block you will be able to adjust the border settings which will add a border to the inner cells as well.

The plugin would’ve added some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.

On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

Option 1: Upload an image of a static map into your Media Library and insert it with the Image block.

Option 2: You can add a map block via the Inserter. Click on the Inserter top right, type ‘map’ and hit Enter. Install and activate the block you prefer. Each block has its own block-specific controls that allow you to manipulate the block right in the editor.: https://cloudup.com/ckUD22xt979

Have you tried using a Cover block to create a banner? Then you don’t need a plugin at all.

It might be theme-related. Did you purchase the theme through Steel Themes?

If you use a commercial theme, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial products.
