Have you tried merely copying the Query Loop block and pasting it in the pages you mentioned? That would work. Click on the three vertical dots, select ‘copy blocks’ and then paste.

The way I understood your question was that you were only after the blog layout / query loop.

You can definitely achieve all those things when you are in the Editor and editing a template. Here are a few considerations

1. Go to the Editor below Appearance
2. Select the relevant template – probably the page template or home page template. You can choose for these templates to have the same header and footer of course.
3. When you open your template you will be able to modify your header. Select the header block and start modifying it. You can also click on the three vertical dots and select to replace the header with a different header pattern as well.
4. When you edit your header you can add blocks wherever you wish to. You can also group block together and change the block spacing between blocks.
5. You can also create a new header if you wish to and build it from scratch.

That is very odd. I couldn’t reprduce this issue. Have you tried removing and adding a new Query Loop block with the same blocks structure on the homepage? I know you mentioned it worked fine when you created a new page with the same template/blocks structure. It might work if you redo the post query.

It also happened to me viewing the site on my laptop about an hour ago. I checked it again now on both laptop and mobile and the problem seems to have been solved. I can view everything fine on both devices now. I do see a slight delay in the loading of images in the slider though. I also noticed a slight delay of post featured images on mobile.
