I think the reason it does this is because of the roles. I used a role editor to change it to allow subscribers for instance to upload, however, the issue then is that when they’re uploading, they can view your whole media library.
So it’d be nice for there to just be an update image and not have to worry about them uploading and viewing your media. Hope that makes sense.
