yes i have did all that..

is it a word-process or my hosting account godaddy’s setting that’s causing this?

I’ve restarted the whole process again, wiped clean of my domain,website and database, re-installed WordPress with my hosting at GoDaddy, and created network multisite. When I added a new site “zotani.com/en”, and click on the dashboard of the new added site, the error message

Failed to open Page appears – Too many redirects occurred trying to open “zotani.com/en/wp-admin”This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.

Which step am I missing, or what am I doing here that’s not working?

if i switch to Linux, how do i back up what i have currently?
Can’t believe this is creating the problem… after so many hours of trying! Wish there was a warning sign from the beginning!
