Hi All — I agree this is an AMAZING plugin. However, this is a HUGE problem for me. My clients can no longer view file submissions. I have built several sites using the plugin and integrating it with google sheets. My clients used to be able to click the link in sheets and see the file uploads there. Is this something that is going to be fixed soon?

We are passing the information from the form to a google sheet. The google sheet data is being used in another program that needs a unique id field.

Thank you for looking into that. I am now having issues with the radio button not showing any color. They are white, and stay white when chosen.
I have tried the default, and it still does it. I have also tried to make them a color in the forminator custom color area, and they still stay white. Without a selection color, users won’t know they’ve chosen. Can you help?

Thank you, Rob. I just received this from GoDaddy: It appears that there is some kind of website/hosting-side caching in place that keeps serving the same content.

Now they want me to reach out to hosting.

Yes it is hosted with GoDaddy. I even tried rolling WordPress back to version 5.7 and it still didn’t work. I can’t think of anything else to do? I feel like I’ve tried everything. Maybe I’ll move it to a different host?

I am having the same issue. I have disabled all plugins, switched themes, reset the permalinks, rewrote the htaccess file, and reinstalled wordpress — still have the issue.

I just deleted the plugin. Thank you all for trying to help with this issue. The plugin is exactly what I want, it just doesn’t work with my set up.

The gallery does not look masonry in the back end either. The settings are: Masonry Image Gallery. Thumb width: 500, Masonry Layout: 3 Columns, HOrizontal Layout: disabled: Gutter Size: Larger Gutter, Thumbnail Link: full size image, Lightbox: FooBox. I also have Retina Support 2x and 3x checked. I have cleared the thumbnail cache and tried the force original thumbs.

Unfortunately, the gallery is cutting off the images, and making them horizontal. This was not happening several days ago. The gallery is set to “masonry” and was looking great. My client was happy, and now the gallery is chopping images. Before, you could see each image in its entirety in a really cool masonry layout. Not sure what happened, but I could really use some help to fix it. I’d appreciate any guidance you may have.Thank you for taking the time to look at this –Wendy
