I have selected ‘Everything’ but no errors or warnings are appearing at all.

The registration form is a hard coded custom form; would this be the issue?

Actually; It was my mistake as I had entered the incorrect data into the ‘from’ field.

But another issue I have is when receiving an email, the custom fields aren’t carrying over to the email. Whatever the user fills out, isn’t added to the actual email.

I’m calling the shortcode after the loop but when using offset => 1, it duplicates a post and ouputs it to the screen.
Before using the shortcode, offset => 1 helped me to not show the latest post.

I was using offset => 1 in my custom loop, which for some reason was causing it to load a duplicate post?

Yes and I believe that’s a duplicate of one already loaded.
