Okay. In this case, what I’m supposed to do now? What is UPI intent and how do I enable/disable it?

When we are accessing the website using mobile phone, we tap on the UPI app icon on the QR code popup box, it redirects to the UPI app, we enter the pin and get the error. We initially thought this could be the issue with our UPI ID. Then we tried to place an order from desktop PC, and it works fine! So, we cannot blame our UPI ID. We tried to place another order from desktop PC. Now we paid by scanning the QR (shown on desktop screen) from mobile phone using same PhonePe app/account. It worked fine. Check the screenshot below.

As .htaccess doesn’t work on Nginx, I used the <PICTURE> tag syntax.

No, I didn’t revert back any Nginx settings after deactivating the plugin. I took a backup of original nginx.conf before making any modification. When the site showed blank page, I deactivated the plugin and put back the original nginx.conf file from backup. Even that didn’t resolve the issue. I gussed the optimized images were causing the trouble (weird though).

I was using the SPIO plugin happily with my old server setup. My old server was (4 CPU + 8 GB RAM) running on CentOS 7 + PHP 7.4 + Openlitespeed + MariaDB + Cyberpanel. It used to work fine without any trouble. I bought some image credits also.

But now I’m using Alma Linux + Nginx + PHP 8.3 + MariaDB + Directadmin. And now I’m pretty much scared to use the plugin.

I used WEBP and AVIF both delivery method.

After spotting the issue, I tried to deactivate the plugin and check. But no help. I had to reinstall the wordpress. So far, I have not installed SPIO plugin yet again.

The theme includes a preloader function (a rotating icon before the page loads up). That preloader I mentioned.

The version is: 4.9.11

I contacted the theme support. They reactivated the MC4WP plugin and said customizer is also loading. I don’t know how, but somehow the issue is resolved

I guess the version number doesn’t matter here. Because as I don’t have any pending updates, so, I can assume that I have the latest version installed which you released.

If I uninstall the plugin, I will lose the demo data and the subscription form that came with the theme. So, after that, installing the plugin again doesn’t make any sense to me.

The weird thing is I’m encountering the issue after entering MailChimp API key. Before that, I was ignoring the plugin and it didn’t bother me.

I’m using “Blonwe” theme which I bought from Themeforest. I’m not sure about the version number, but I’m 100% sure it’s latest version because I don’t have any pending updates in my WordPress site.

After activating the plugin, when I open WordPress customizer, the left side menus are working, but live preview is not showing at right side. The browser tab head is showing “Customizer: Loading…”. The preview page is blank. Sometimes I get error as “There has been a critical error on this website”.

Looking forword for the feature in your next update. To avoid the users’ confusion, you can a short description below the feature enable/disable option to elaborate its purpose. I believe users won’t be confused if it’s properly elaborated.

I believe this is a basic feature that you are missing. It’s obvious that ecommerce sellers may not want a customer to avail both benefits of coupons and cashback altogether. Some ecommerce owners may want both, some may not. There should be the option to enable/disable this feature. Without it, your plugin is basically incomplete.
