now if my website shows up without CSS ;what might i do to poit my blog to its CSS

Thank you i i followed that link inside (Intranet) my network that works fine but outside (internet) my family says text is all on the right side that tells me CSS isnt being read , am i right or any idea

i can see it inside my network, but not out, i just turned off the SSL forward
