Had Alan from IDX login and from are last conversation was going to get in touch with AE about the import failing. He also has access to my site. Turns out that using the Agent evolution “curb appeal theme” requires using the “Default event calendar layout” only. the cause of my issues were that right away i made adjustments to use “full width view” so i never saw the calendar working.

i confirmed “full width” view of calendar worked in all other agent evolution real estate child themes

I deactivated all plugins except The Event Calender add-on also re-saved permalinks and the Events custom post type page that was created by the plugin looks the same? https://hendersonrealestatepros.com/events/

I did notice the page browser tab saya Events OCT 2015 so its named correctly.
