I refreshed the 2 pages and found only 2 error logs but back from 7/30 and 7/19

where do I find the logs?

I tried updating WordPress , but same issue? seems I may need to ftp and replace specific files but not sure which ones

How might I replace the broken files? and which ones?

I tried ftp deactivating all plugins.
I tried manual reinstalling UM
I tried manual update of WP

tried login with UM results in white page with a 1 in upper left.
tried to login to wp-admin results in white page.

Site is up and running but no backend access.
