Also I re-installed the plugin and still got this error. I also neglected this warning:

30th Oct 2012 6.30.33 PM Warning Table ‘wp_cf7dbplugin_submits’ has no PRIMARY or UNIQUE key! Backup of this table may be inconsistent; some rows could get missed. See FAQ for more information.

I never had this warning until I upgraded to the 2.2.9.
