If I select a folder and hover over the export icon, it provides a list with options like:
As flat.zip file
As hierarchical.zip file(physical structure)

As flat.zip file
As hierarchical .zip file(RML structure)
As hierarchical .zip file(physical structure)

And whichever option I choose, it will redirect me to homepage. The only available export method is when I select “all files” directly click the export button.

Hi Matthias, thanks for replying me. I check the console and it is empty both before and after the page is directed to homepage. The only change I observed is the url changed to domain.com/?type=wsHierarchicalRML&folder=1&_wpnonce=a875a4cdc2.

May I have your advise to fix this issue? Currently the plugins that I activated are Real Media Library Free(4.13.1), Export Media Library(3.0.1).

Thanks for the quick response! I followed the steps given. I wanted to download the “folder_01” created using Real Media Library so I selected “folder_01” and chose the download option(As hierarchical .zip file RML structure) but it directed me to homepage without downloading anything to local. May I have your suggestions on the next step?

Thanks for reply Suwash Kunwar. As you stated that it is a virtual sitemap, could I assume that I am free to generate and store new sitemaps on my server at url [domain]/sitemap_index.xml via other approaches after disabling Yoast SEO?
