I just found the same issue today and had to disable the plugin for the time being. I really like this plugin, though there are a few annoying smallish errors.

for example a link like this is produced: members/testing2/messages/compose/?r=testuser&_wpnonce=xxxxxxx

but the receiver is no longer getting populated. I’m assuming this has been an issue since I installed it. Though I just noticed it today.

If you’re able to solve this for the previous poster and can post a code update, I’m happy to manually change my files until you have a proper release ready.

I too find this behavior a bit wonky.

Is the thread ID available on the messages_message_after_save hook? Could the attachment be applied then?

You’ve probably got a million things that are more important to focus on than this minor detail. Just a thought….

Ok, I solved my issue. The ‘data_name’ fields on my options were in Chinese, they need to be in english characters.

@nmedia I’m having the same issue as @ndparenti, but I’m unable to solve it. I’m using the the latest version of the plugin. Everything is working great, except I’m unable to see what was ordered in the emails and on the order.

I checked if “Enable this to only allow one of this item to be bought in a single order” being checked made a difference and it doesn’t fix it for me. Any ideas how to debug this?

I had the same issue, and I deactivated a plugin ‘shortpixel’ and that fixed it.
