Update: If Grundeberg plugin is deactivated problem is solved !

I am usinf version 3.1.4

I have now my site back again (by changing url codes en upload this by FTP).
But if I want login as administrator (wp-admin), I can log-in but get a blanco (white) screen with the tekst “Can not display the page”
I already looked to the file functions.php (no spaces)
Renamed subdirectory plugins to plugin-temp, no succes.
All suggestions of other WP-users on the web.

Please who can help me ?

I changed the file with “local host” but it isn’t the solution.
Maybey you can look to https://www.jongejankleikunst.nl/jongejan/wordpress/ and you can see I miss now the menu-structure.
If I give https://www.jongejankleikunst.nl/jongejan/wordpress/wp-admin the system tells me “Nothing found”
Is there a way install it again but to keep my already makes pages ??
I cann’t find the file wp-options.

I have change it and now I can see the URL-address is oke, but I cann’t also login in wp-admin.
The system tells me:

→ ? Are you sure the username and password are correct?
→ ? Are you sure you entered the correct hostname?
→ ? Are you sure that the database server is running?
