I had a look and changed it from “resume” to “your-file” just so it’s exactly like what the post said but in my email I only get:

resume.pdf

It doesn’t have the attachment with it.

I will copy and paste my HTML form and then the email tags.

I am very confident the couple of errors aren’t the problem (I could be wrong, but am confident).

I really need help, can someone please reach out to me to resolve this as it is the only thing stopping from launching the website for my client.

From what I’ve looked at, there’s no reasons why this form and the other forms I have made should have any errors. All my other forms work and also have anywhere from 1-4 erros.

As I don’t understand why the errors are appearing can someone maybe help me?

Also, as I said before my other forms work, could someone help me get this one working? It is the last thing I need to fix then I can hand the website over to my client.

I have changed the “comments box” to “recipient message”, but the text box is too far right, it would be nice to be able to align it correctly with the “Delivery Date – Choose Option” dropdown.

Is this possible at all?

Unforuntely I had to go with a different paid service which is now set up for me, my client needed something right away and the response took too long.

One last thing, is it possible to have the text field above the Add to Cart button?

I am a bit overwhelemed with all the settings.

Here is what I want:

Above the Add to Cart I want a “comments box” so the customer can input instructions on the delivery, for example “Please leave flowers on front table if no one is home”

Can someone give me instructions on how to do this?
