The errors you’re encountering are unrelated to my BAN Users plugin. I installed the Custom Admin Bar plugin on one of my sites and I get the same errors regardless if my plugin is installed/activated or removed. I suggest you contact the developer of the Custom Admin Bar to help you further. I can see it’s not been updated for some time.

Just to let you know we’ve just deployed ver 1.2.0 of the plugin which now includes the ability for you to specify a date via a date picker. This means you can specify how long the user will remain banned for. If you have any questions or comments regards these changes please get in touch.

I’ve just deployed the next release of the plugin and I’m about to make a start on another release (due out in a couple of days) which I hope will address the issues you’ve experienced. We’re moving all the plugin functions over to a unique namespace class that will improve robustness of the plugin.
