Hi, thanks for your reply. It sounds as though their may be a bug, or a compatibility issue of some sorts. I’m going to test the plugin today to make sure it’s working fine for me and will be in touch to investigate further. I assume you’re using the latest version of the plugin 1.5.3?

Thanks for your message and apologies for delay in responding. It sounds as though you have the plugin’s option set to ‘scramble’ the user’s password on banning a user. If you go to the plugin’s settings page you can turn that option off. Can you please check and otherwise let me know and ill be happy to investigate further for you.

I’ve just released version 1.5.3 which includes support for CPT. This means when you ban a user and have selected the option to change their posts’ status you can also select the post type (i.e. post or CPT). Let me know how you get on. Thanks.

Hi Richard,

I’ve finished coding these changes so within the plugin settings page you now have the option to select a role that a banned user is automatically assigned/transferred to upon being banned. This feature is already available.
Under the Settings>BAN User>Ban & Unban Options section, you can enable the following:

If already logged in when banned, force logout.

I’ve retested this and it’s working. Please let me know if you have any issues or further questions, thanks.
