I am using a checkbox for agree to terms. I am trying to keep it as simple as possible and am using the html after form field, adding a placeholder link and using the title attribute for a tooltip like box when hovering. Ideally, I’d like to add some bullet point formatting but that’s not possible with this method.

Any other ideas (other than the help page above)?

I ended up copying the signup code into a text widget in the end and it works fine. No need for a plugin really.

Thanks for your reply. I have changed the css so that the administrator styling is the same as other posters. This problem has happened as a poster’s message is nested betweeen two admin replies.

I have reverted to the previous version and it’s working fine so I will use this for a while until the problem is resolved.

Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share is fairly simple which is good as I don’t need all the other numerous buttons. BUT it does add 7 javascript files and therefore YSlow is not happy!

I have now have the latest versions of the W3 total cache and paypal shopping cart plugins. The shopping cart plugin author advised to add “cart_in_use” to the rejected cookies. I have done this and still the page cache does not work so I am at a loss to know what to do. Again, if I deactivate the cart plugin then the page cache works so there is still a conflict.

Hopefully will find an answer to this. Any suggestions would be very, very appreciated.

There appears to be a conflict with the WP Simple PayPal Shopping Cart. When this is deactivated I get a different report on YSlow

I have had the same problem on various sites. It does work, however, it you switch to standard permalinks but won’t work on the URL friendly permalinks. This has been flagged up but a solution has not been found which is a shame as it obviously cannot be used.

Here’s what happened.

I upgraded from the previous version using the WordPress automatic upgrade process. All went ok and the plugin was reactivated.

I could not save any settings and when I logged out I got a white page and a list of errors relating to the slider plugin – can’t remember exact wording but something to do with the header? I could not log back in as got the same error messages so had to delete plugin manually.

The only other plugin I am running is Slick Contact Form which worked fine with the previous version of the slider.

Yes, same here. I can’t update options and then cannot login to my site. I have had to delete the slider manually.

This is a great plugin but I cannot use it at the moment.

I installed this plugin today and am having the same problem. Works fine in Firefox and Chrome but in IE the form is only about 50 pixels in height with a scrolling bar – very odd!

Not sure if I can change anything on the server as it is a shared server so I am hoping I can sort this another way. Thanks for your help.
