I submitted a ticket to this folks the same day I received your response.

Till now, no response, not even an acknowledgement of my submission.

I don’t know if you work for this company or not but I think it is important to let them know it is a shame that folks with free plugin get faster responses to their problems than those like me who have premium version.

We are supposed to go LIVE with our website. Only thing holding us back now is the plugin issue.

I FOUND the problem.

When I select a banner from the media library, it does not display the fully qualified URL.

For instance, instead of https://intranet.net/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/istockphoto-1178515843-612×612-1.jpg

it is displaying as:

/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/istockphoto-1178515843-612×612-1.jpg

Not sure how to get the library or your plugin to show fully qualified URL.

We have no problems adding thumbnail images.

We are only having problem with adding banners.

When we try creating an event and select a banner from our media library, the banner does not get inserted. Instead, it still shows the default banner.

Is this feature only available on the Premium version?

I just tried importing an excel file where one of the columns has several values with hyperlink but after the import, the hyperlink was stripped away from all of them.

Is there something I have to do manually to get this to work even though manual intervention won’t help me.

BTW, yes, I installed the current version you referenced in your response.

When you click the Add elemet (+) plus sign, click on Button.

There, I entered the Read More text and clicked the URL to redirect to the page I wanted.

I found the plugin I was looking for.

Open up wp_options and query the table for instances of ure or wp_user roles.

Something like:

SELECT * FROM wp_options where option_name LILE ‘%ure%’

OR

SELECT * FROM wp_options where option_name LILE ‘%wp_%’

I have gotten all I need now to proceed

I installed the plugin and same issue, not receiving emails.

Will have to uninstall and go to another plugin to purchase if this issue is not resolved.

I am not sure if the explanation of what I am looking for is not clear or it is not correct.

I am for a WordPress theme that has is an ecommerce shop and is laid out similar to Amazon or some other store with similar layout.

I did mention that I would like for when visitor chooses and item or puts that item into the cart, we would like related items to be display.

I suspect that’s where data feed comes in?

I think that will be very useful but I need to develop the WordPress ecommerce shop first.

Again, here is a case of you misleading the subscribers either intentionally or you have no clue how the plugin works or its capabilities.

The feature I am asking for is NOT available in your premium version of which I am a subscriber at my place work.

They suggested a work around but admitted this plugin is not built to support what I am asking for.

You are 100% wrong that the css above does not work on your plugin.

You need to talk to the experts who built this before misleading your subscribers.
