Hi @nayudistira,
Greetings from WebToffee!
We have tested the scenario by following the procedure you mentioned. But we didn’t encounter the You have used this coupon testnew in another transaction during this checkout, and coupon usage limit is reached. Please remove the coupon and try again error after the first order. The coupon was not auto-applied, and when we tried to apply it manually, the plugin displayed the Coupon usage limit has been reached error as expected.
If you are still having issues, please share your WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report) and the screenshots of the coupon edit pages (all tabs) through this link to help us get a better understanding.

By default, a setting called revisit consent allows site visitors to modify their previously granted consent by clicking a tiny cookie icon. Go to CookieYes > Cookie Banner > Content & Colors > Revisit Consent Button to disable it.
Once you connect with the web app it will offer you more advanced features. Please refer to this instructions if you want to embed a cookie setting button on any page after connecting with web app.

In our most recent redesign of the plugin, we modified the shortcode implementation. Use the shortcode below to display a cookie audit table in any page:
[cky outside audit table]
Please follow this documentation to add a cookie audit table when you are linked to the web app for cookie scanning and other advanced capabilities.

Hi @petrolioshop,
During our inspection, we noticed that you are not using the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce plugin developed by WebToffee, which might be the reason why we were not able to recreate the issue you encountered on your site. It seems like you mistakenly reached out to us instead. You may contact the support team of the plugin that you are using for further troubleshooting.
Have a great day!

We noticed when the 404 page is reloaded without allowing the cookie, the browser is redirected to the contact page. Please deactivate our plugin and see if the problem persists to determine whether it is related to our plugin or not.
Hi @kurtberlin,
Greetings from WebToffee! Thanks for reaching out to us.
We understand that some users are having trouble with the Apply coupon automatically functionality. During our tests on our local sites, we didn’t encounter any issues with this option.
However, upon a closer inspection, we have noticed that some users have activated more than 5 coupons on their website, which was causing this issue.By default, the auto-apply option is limited to 5 coupons. Please refer to this thread to know why it is implemented as such and how to implement a workaround.
Please check with that workaround and let us know how it goes.Hi @pritsshah,
Thanks for reaching out.
We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested the scenario on our end. Could you please share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) via this link for a better understanding of your system environment?
Hi @lunchglaz,
The cookies that are set on your site prior to consent are only the Necessary category cookies of our plugin. They are required to load for the proper functioning of the plugin. When a user gives consent all the cookies are loading on your site.
From the cookie settings a user can disable any categories which you have kept enabled by default so that cookies will be set based on the enabled category on the user’s browser.
Additionally you can add this shortcode: [cookie_reject] to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Customise Cookie Bar > Message box to enable a reject button on the banner.
This gives users extra option to reject cookies at the outset so that no tracking script will be set without consent.

We discovered a piece of code on your site which contains a function called “fetch” that is causing the JS to override. This screenshot depicts the script. Please take it down from your website. Remove the web app code that you added to the head as well.
If you have any site cache, clear it before attempting to load the site again. Please keep us updated on how things go. We will assist you as necessary.
