In reply to: [Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce] Credit Card input fields not loadingHi @kapppa,
Thanks for sharing the information in detail. We would like to test the issue and replicate it on our test site. Could you please share the zip file of the LaunchFlows plugin with us? Also, share your WooCommerce System status report (WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report). You may send the attachments and the report through this link.
Hi @ghernkadence,
Thanks for reaching out.
We understand your requirement. However, the integration of custom checkout or values from the third-party plugins to the documents and labels is only available in the premium version of our WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes & Shipping Labels plugin. Thanks for understanding.
Hi @one3rdnerd,
Thanks for explaining the issue in detail. It was very helpful.
The google pay button is not supported on the Safari browser. To know more about the payment methods and its supported browsers, please go through this article by Stripe.
Hi @janpavelka,
Thanks for reaching out and we are sorry for the delayed response.
We couldn’t replicate the issue when we tested the scenario on our end. The tax information is displayed on the summary table without any issues (see the reference screenshot).
However, if you are experiencing the issue, please share the screenshot of the WooCommerce order edit page of a specific order and its corresponding invoice (by masking the user sensitive information) for a better understanding.

Hi @owtdevteam,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you please share your importing CSV file and the system status report via support?Hello, @timgroves
We are excited to help you!
We have tried to keep all the old plugin features in the new version to the best possible extend. We do not force users to connect to the Web app. It is completely optional. We have tried to keep almost all features (except some shortcodes considering compatibility issues). We are still working on how to get this back based on the feedback we have received.
We removed the feature to add scripts because WordPress plugin review team send us a notice saying “We no longer allow plugins to put in arbitrary CSS and JS specifically because of HOW HARD it is to sanitize properly. If you cannot do that, then you must REMOVE this feature for new users, and document the DANGERS for existing ones”.
This means you need to add scripts directly to the webpages. But you can block these scripts prior to consent using Cookie Manager->Add Cookie-> Advanced settings. You just need to add the pattern that identifies the script to ‘Script URL Pattern’.
This feature is available for websites that are not connected to CookieYes web app.
Hi @dkou
We are excited to help you!
On our updated plugin, we have modified the shortcode implementation. This is because the plugin will now display buttons and cookie information on the banner without requiring the shortcodes to be entered. We do, however, preserve the new shortcode you described above for displaying the cookie audit table on any page.
Since there is a difference in the code of the web app. The cookie audit table shortcode needs to be replaced with a code when you connect with the web app.
Please follow this documentation to add a cookie audit table when you are linked to the web app for cookie scanning and other advanced capabilities.
You can enable the revisit consent button from the plugin, which will show up as an icon. However, if you want to integrate a cookie preference button or link in any page, please connect with web app. Without connecting with web app this functionality will not work as of now.
CookieYes enables you to give the HTML element the class cky-banner-element so that users can modify their cookie consent. As a result, the banner would reappear once you clicked on the element.
If you want to integrate a cookie setting button on any page after connecting with the web app, please refer to the instructions here.

Hi @jordimopi,
Greetings, we’re delighted to assist you!
Our plugin does not currently support exporting translation from one website to another.
We’ll consider whether we can address this in a subsequent release of the plugin.
