I never got it to work and never received a reply here so I switched to a different gallery plugin.

Success! I added this to my child theme and the lightbox images look fine.

Found it in the Customize -> Design Settings -> Page Settings

I was able to get the plugin updated by changing the plugin dir owner.

I’ve changed file permissions to 777 and get the same error message.

It took 2 tweaks – 1 on the map container div and one on the map div itself. Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction! This was a refreshing plugin support experience.

The dashboard no longer shows the 500 Internal Server Error message. Don’t know why.

The plugin is active. It says “Deactivate” beneath “WordPress Sentry” on the Plugins page.

Perhaps I am missing something. Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Finally got around to testing this. I changed the site to use the Twenty Seventeen theme and got the same error. I went to the web console and typed:
Raven.isSetup()
The resulting error was:
Raven is not defined.
