    Hi Mika,

Sorry for the delay in getting back. The theme is the Nexus theme from Themeforest. Yes, you are correct, it is an issue related to the theme as the default WordPress theme shows the signup form OK. I do not know what to do to fix the issue. Any ideas?

    Hi,

This works…nearly. I have created a custom wp-signup.php page and added it to the root of the theme folder. I edited the htaccess file on the root of the main site and edited the wp-signup page in the theme root. When a user registers on the mapped subdomain they now go to the signup page on the subdomain but there is a 404 error. Before, the user went to the signup page on the main site so this is progress. Why is the 404 error happening?

Thanks, I’ll give that a go.

Regarding the ‘shouting’ are you referring to the ‘WP’? As I was using an acnorosm for Word Press it is correct grammar to use capital letters. Should I appologise for using correct english? Are you advocating the use of bad grammar so that forum rules are not broken? I think people can use slang and text speak if they choose to but if one chooses to use proper English one should not be chastised for it.
