Hi Matthew – yes you’re correct (we found out late this evening). At first I thought I was doing something wrong somewhere. In Canada subscriptions and recurring payments are taxable. Can’t thank you enough for responding to my inquiry. Great plugin by the way! Everything works so wonderfully! My client decided to “include” taxes for now on her recurring payments. All good! Good Morning Smarty Pants! I think I have it figured out now . . . my confusion was with “projects” and “categories”. My client has a list of distributors they wish to be able to login and see/download ONLY the distributor files.

They also have their TEAM files — which only their staff would have access to be able to upload more files and download files in this area.

Was trying to figure out “projects” vs “categories” . . . and was looking for some direction in this area — no worries – I’m figuring it out better now . . . we have purchased the PREMIUM version, as well as ADD on for sub-folders. Not sure if I should purchase anything else (any additional add-ons).

I am also watching this thread — I have client that needs exactly the same thing . . . I’m going to do the “trial & error” deal today, and will repost if I can figure this out as well ok.

Hi there — I reverted back to previous version of Store Locator Pro Pak
3.7.8 so it’s working fine now.

The tagalong version I am using (bought in December 2012) is
slp-tagalong1.

But no worries — it’s all fixed now once I went back to an older version (seems to be working/functioning perfectly).

Thank you very much — great plugin, but right now I’ll stick with this older version.

Nevermind – I was able to figure out how to re-install older version – back to working perfectly . . . I had started to hyperventilate, fretting over thinking I had lost 680 store locations. All good now.

Hi there . . . I have purchased PRO PACK as well as TAGALONG – both were working perfectly until I upgraded. The situation is – MANAGE LOCATIONS – all the pages “appear to be there” – pages of my locations (there’s 5 pages of locations), however, when I scroll down below – there’s only ONE location showing on each page. Where I have my two catagories – now it says – 0 for each catagory. How can this be fixed (I have a lot of locations) and again, they were working perfectly with previous version of Store Locator Plus that I purchased which was 3.7.8). Need help desperately (I’m using WordPress Version 3.4.2 – I can’t upgrade, because some of my plugins won’t work with new version unfortunately).

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me with . . . possibly there is a way to revert back to older version of this plugin which was 3.7.8 without losing my data?

Plugin Environment now says:
License Key: unlicensed
WPCSL Version: 2.0.15
WordPress Version: 3.4.2

NOTE: I can’t update my WordPress Version to new version as several plugins won’t work with the newer version.

Don’t know whatever possessed me to update the plugin (which has now caused this issue).

Not sure why it says License Key: Unlicensed as I purchased everything I needed.
