same problem here – Automatic smushing has been disabled temporarily due to an error. Operation timed out

I reinstalled it manually and automatically – neither worked

I cleaned and deleted the cache plugin, as well as my local browser cache (as I said this happened on multiple computers and browsers, so that isn’t the issue). I then re-installed wordpress, and am getting the same error – can’t dismiss the welcome box!

any help is appreciated

I tired wp-Beautifier but had issues with conflicts on that plugin – any other options?

your wordpress account for that site is your admin/user account you created in the database. your user account for that site is not connected to wordpress.com or www.remarpro.com. YOu need to somehow retrieve the database, and then your user info and all posts etc will be in that database. Transfering the database to another installation of WordPress is the only way to access your user account on that site
