Also, which version of WordPress are you using? And which version of PHP is the server using?
Thanks.
500 Server errors are server configuration errors.
Can you check your logs and let me know what the error logs say?
It is possible that the cache folder inside of ‘wp-plugins/a-wp-mobile-detector/cache’ does not have permissions of 777.
Absolutely, but unless I am not understanding you, I am not sure why you would want to do that.
Are you wanting to remove all links only for a mobile device? Do you mean they open in a new window, you’d prefer if they only opened in the same window?
Please clarify and then I will do my best to address it.

I will look into it and get back with you asap.

In reply to: [WP Mobile Detector] [Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] Nothing worksCan you be more specific?
The link removal is only the link on your standard website.
Is your server using PHP 5 or PHP 4?
I would be happy to help you get it installed.

In reply to: [Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] PHP errorsYeah, that class comes with PHP5, so if it is generating warnings, there is nothing I can do.
I don’t want to put PHP configuration settings in the plugin as that could cause other unforeseen issues.
I would deal with this issue by changing the way the server logs PHP errors or by putting it in a WordPress config file.

In reply to: [Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] PHP errorsMy apologies petercasier, I have been busy and not checking this page.
What version of PHP are you running? This might be caused by not supporting the DOMDocument class.
Thanks.
I apologize for the delay.
Cyraxeon, thank you for the fix.
I have fixed the short tag issue and will commit that shortly so that it can be downloaded.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Mobile Detector] [Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] Error After ActivationThanks Mike for the feedback.
Can you send a screenshot to [email protected] if you’d be so kind?
That way I can troubleshoot the issue.
Thanks.
Also, are you using any sort of caching mechanism with your WordPress blog?
Can you send me your user agent?
You can find it here:
https://www.iopus.com/imacros/demo/v5/user-agent.htm
It will be located in the orange box.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WP Mobile Detector] [Plugin: WP Mobile Detector] error activating pluginJohn, is this still an issue?
The most recent version of the plugin fixed the header errors on activation.
Thanks.
I am sorry about that Tom.
Apparently www.remarpro.com is having some issues. The download only works 20% of the time.
I spoke with someone and they let me know sometimes it takes up to 12 hours for the download to be available 100% of the time.
In the meantime, I have reverted to an available version until the new version is available 100% of the time.
I apologize for the inconvenience.
