**Before doing anything, I suggest to backup your website**
First of all, try to clean your browser cache. Also, if you have any cache plugin installed, try to dezactivate it.
Other suggestions:
-Update your theme and the WordPress;
-Try to dezactivate the plugins;
-Change your actual theme with one of the free Twenties.Best wishes

In reply to: WordPress Login lostHello Param325,
If the admin user is not under your e-mail, the only way to get back your credentials is by going to MySql ( you’ll need to have access to the cPanel ). After that, go to the database of your website ( to know which database do you have, take a look in the wp-config.php ) and in the “WP-Users” you’ll need to change the “User-Login” side and the “User-Email” side. Do not touch the “User-Pass” side. After you’ve changed them, go to the yourwebsite.com/wp-login.php and click on “Lost” password. Insert the your e-mail ( the one which you’ve inserted in the “User-Email” side from the Mysql, and press “Send”.
Best wishes!

In reply to: Urgent Website DownHello Snyota,
First of all, do you have any backup of your website? If so, then restore the website using the backup.
If you don’t have backup, I suggest to delete the old header.php and upload a fresh one.
The cPanel is the hosting administration panel. Through it you can administrate your WordPress files too. To access it, go to your hosting provider website, login into your account and then go to the cPanel. A shorter way ( I don’t know if it’s apply in your case ) is yourwebsite.com/cpanel .
Have a good day!

In reply to: My site is offline when I try to access the admin page@fridooh
Check your wp-config.php file. If you want to access the WordPress admin dasboard, then go to yoursite.com/wp-login.php. Here you will need to insert your admin credentials ( user and password ). If you don’t remember them, click on “Lost password” and insert your e-mail. After log in, you will access your admin dashboard on this link: yoursite.com/wp-adminIf the problem persist and this installation is a fresh one, I suggest to remove it and reinstall again, by following the right steps.
Good luck
