FYI, for any other users with this problem you have to Submit your app for facebook to review, which is a pretty painful process with no guarantee of approval. SNAP did provide a tutorial for this (https://www.nextscripts.com/2018/07/facebook-app-review).

SNAP has claimed their Premium version (which I have) has an “alternative API for Facebook that doesn’t use official Facebook API, so no apps and no approvals”

Can you please detail how to get App approved? Or are you saying Nextscripts ‘Autoposting’ no longer works with Facebook?

I have asked this nearly a dozen times now and have yet to get a proper answer, only links to documentation, of which information has not let me solve my probem.

What EXACTLY can I do to to get my first (featured) image to post to social networks rather than the last image? If I need set an Alternative “Featured Image” location, please let me know what to input and what field to input it in.

I upgraded to premium so I could get support on how to figure this issue out, as the plugin is useless to me if I can not get the correct image to post.

Hello thank you for the response, According to My themes (classipress) developer the featured image custom field name is: “cp_get_featured_image_id.” According to my source files the featured image location looks to be the standard “Featured Image” tag.

I have tried entering both of these into the ‘Custom field name’ (Alternative “Featured Image” location ) but neither work to post the featured image.

So my question is what exactly am I supposed to input inorder to get my themes Featured image to post. Or if you can not answer this where/how can I find my themes featured image custom field name?

Yes this did indeed fix the issues. I have yet to optimize my firewall settings. Do you think doing so might with the Firewall enabled might also fix the issues?

My bad, it was the Wordfence update causing the issue, Not nextscripts. I am sorry.

FYI I am fairly certain that it is the NextScripts plugin because updated and restored backup twice now to confirm
