Thank you for your response. Apologies, you seemed to be providing solutions to other issues so I thought I’d ask. I did try contacting you here: https://rednao.com/contact-me/ but the form doesn’t seem to work?

I’ve had someone else look into it and it appears it was due to the caching plugin I’m using. I simply turned off caching for the page my form appears on and the form now works with your plugin.

Thanks for getting back to me. That’s a shame! Do you know of any plugins that can achieve what I’m trying to do? This plugin seemed by far the most comprehensive when I was doing my research..

With this plugin enabled I get a Critical Error on the site when trying to submit the form. For now I’ve got the plugin deactivated to ensure users can submit it successfully.

Can you please provide some assistance?
