(plug-in dev)Hi Webbud,
We are very sorry you are encountering such a problem. Can you please give us a more detailed explanation of what is happening on our official forums?
Like access to dashboard is prohibited; do you get a particular error or is the screen blank?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
HI,
Thanks for pointing it out. We knew about it and we are working on a fix.
Hello, bholmes451!
“WebsiteDefender WordPress Security” merges all features provided by the “WP Security Scan” and “Secure WP” under one roof, so there’s no need to install them all, “WebsiteDefender WordPress Security” will suffice.

This plug-in doesn’t work in a WP MU environment.

You can always delete the plug-in directory from your site using an ftp client (ex: filezilla) and then log back in to your dashboard and re-install it.

If you’re referring to applying our suggested permissions then that might happen, because not all servers are set up the same way, so on one server it might work on others might not.
As I said, these are our suggestions to improve a better security, but you have to take into consideration your server’s capabilities too.

Hello, Rincewind!
I’m not getting that (tested in Chrome, FF, Opera, etc…) so I don’t think this is caused by this plug-in. Can you double check that?
Thank you.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
