In reply to: [WebsiteDefender WordPress Security] White screen after plugin installationThank you for letting us know about this issue. We are currently working on fixing it.
I also need to mention that the plugin doesn’t upload any files to your servers, the issue is that your wp-config file is outside the root and when you try to change the database prefix the plugin tries to update the wp-config file and it only checks the root of your wordpress installation directory, so if it doesn’t find it there the script then creates a blank wp-config file.
As I said earlier, we’re working on fixing this issue.
Thanks again

In reply to: [Acunetix Secure WordPress] [Plugin: Secure WordPress] update SVN repo pleaseHi Timfield,
what is the problem with the SVN?
Hi,
This plugin is not multisite aware. Please also note that there is no Pro version of this plugin.

In reply to: [Acunetix WP Security] [Plugin: WP Security Scan] scan for email addressesHi,
No this plugin does not scan your site for plain text email addresses. This plugin only beefs up the security of your WordPress installation. If you are looking for such services, or maybe a little bit more, check WebsiteDefender.
Do you get such error when you install our plugin?
Hi,
This plugin does not work with Multi site. We will in the future start supporting such implementation though.
Hi maduro,
Thank you for the feedback and this was already fixed. Very soon we should be releasing a newer version.
HI Tempor,
I would recommend you to install our other plugin WebsiteDefender WordPress Security and use the tool in this plugin to rename the tables.
If you would like to read more about it, or do it manually, you can read about it here; https://www.websitedefender.com/wordpress-security/change-wordpress-database-prefix/
Hi guys,
Sorry for the delay in replying.
We had in fact an issue because the plugin was checking the website’s admin email address and if a user already had an existing account on a different email he or she couldn’t authenticate to such account.
We are working on a solution and a much improved plugin will be available in the upcoming weeks. So stay tuned with us.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

WebsiteDefender TeamHi Dakwegmo,
We contacted you later on after you received that email that you were given wrong information from our support department, and we excused ourselves for this misinformation.
As explained later on, we do not scan only PHP code, far from it. Also, please note that WebsiteDefender is still in BETA and currently we are working on several improvements on the malware databases.
We would appreciate if you do not distribute incorrect information, and again thank you for showing interest in our product.

In reply to: [Acunetix WP Security] [Plugin: WP Security Scan] Not working with 3.3Hello, Mavic!
Thank you for letting us know about this issue, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to reproduce it no matter how much I have tried on two websites on two different web hosts. I’ll look into this nonetheless, maybe there’s something I miss at the moment…
