I deactivated Plugins but still same results (the extra “banner” author at the bottom of list).
However when I re-tested the plugin on Firefox vs IE8 (non-compatibility mode which is required for other plugins) the mysterious “banner” author does not show up.
So it looks like it’s a browser compatibility issue. I hope this helps.
