In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] Question to “Geek Me Out” in DashboardHi Albert,
We do not have this datapoint in “Geek Me Out” yet but we are adding it. Once the chart is added, you will be able to see historical data as we do log it.
Currently, you can only see this information in the Opt-in Funnel report.

Webpushr Support TeamHi Albert,
There are three types of images that can be added to a push payload:
1- Icon Image
2- Large/Big Image
3- Android Badge ImageThe large image is as the name suggests, the bigger image you see in the push message, and the larger image you see in the message preview in Webpushr dashboard.

In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] Did not receive Push NotificationHi Albert,
There could be various reasons for not receiving push notifications:
1- Please make sure your OS is not on silent mode and is receiving push notifications.
2- Check the demo page on our website to see if you are able to receive push.
3- Turn ON Welcome Notifications and then subscribe to push on your site and see if you receive welcome push.Reach out to us on our support inbox if the above suggestions do not help.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] Question to “Expire Push Automatically”Hi Albert,
It means that the push campaign will only be valid for 10 days. If a subscriber comes online after 10 days have lapsed, they will not receive the push.

In reply to: [Web Push Notifications - Webpushr] Chrome and Edge – Problem with GDPRHi Albert,
We as a push vendor cannot control or change the styling or the content of the native prompt unfortunately. It is therefore not possible for us to add a link similar to firefox to Chrome’s native prompt.
Custom prompts are a different story and as you know, entirely in our control and fully customizable.
One of our custom prompts does show GDPR related information.
Kind Regards,

Webpushr Support TeamHi Albert,
We are hopeful that iOS 16 to-be released in September 2022 will support web push notifications. Once that capability is added to iOS, we will be adding support to Webpushr shortly afterwards.
Thank you!
