Today I tried to update to version 3.2.7 and did again countless experiments:
– I purged the cache and preloaded it again several times
– I saved the settings several times
– I also clicked several times on each page
and nothing worked. It simply does not cache any pages.
It has nothing to do with Elementor because I disabled all plugins and the problem remains. As soon as I reverted back to version 3.2.3, the cache immediately started working again.
But then I did another experiment that intrigued me.
I made a duplicate of the site using the Duplicator Plugin.
And in that duplicate, the cache works correctly in version 3.2.7.
Is it because it is a new installation? What will it be?Is the resolution for this issue included in the now released version 3.2.7?
Any development on this subject?
Even today I tried to update to version 3.2.6 and did countless experiments (purge the cache several times, save settings, …) and nothing worked.
As soon as I reverted back to version 3.2.3, the cache immediately started working again.I await your news urgently.
With the last code resource you indicated, I was able to translate the necessary validation messages.
Thanks.I’ll try and let you know soon.
As I said before, I tried to do the translations in Loco Translate Plugin but nothing appeared translated !!!
Can’t use Loco Translate Plugin? WPForms Lite is not translation-ready?I’m sorry, but the two pieces of information you gave me are both wrong.
In “WPForms > Settings > Validation > Email” I have already translated it into Portuguese and it is not the string I want to translate: “The provided email is not valid.”
This string appears when the email address has invalid characters.Regarding the translation of “Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below.”, I added the code you sent me through the Code Snippets Plugin and it simply crashes the site.
I await directions.
I purged the cache and preloaded it again.
I also clicked several times on each page.
It is confirmed, with version 3.2.6 it does not cache.I deactivated each of the plugins used and the situation remains. Does not cache.
I reverted back to version 3.2.3 and everything works fine again.
Thank you for analysis and information urgently.
Very good. Thanks.
I also take the opportunity to ask if there is any known problem of incompatibility with the Elementor plugin, or any other, at the cache level, since it doesn’t work correctly in version 3.2.6.
Apparently it preloads but it doesn’t actually cache.
Clicking on pages also does not cache.I reverted to version 3.2.3 where everything is OK.
Thank you for information and directions.
Yup. The problem disappears.
So, should I check this option permanently?I tested with version 1.7.5.2 and the problem remains.
Had to revert back to version 1.7.4.2 again.I’m waiting for news urgently.
The Elementor Plugin is not causing the problem.
The problem is in version 1.7.5.1 of WPforms Lite, as reverting to version 1.7.4.2 everything is fine again.I look forward to your quick analysis and conclusions.
If nothing concrete is told me quickly, we will have to abandon WPForms, with great regret, and advise the same to all our customers and partners.First of all, with version 1.7.4.2 the pages load instantly, as you can see on the website.
It is therefore not a problem with the server, but with version 1.7.5.1.Seeking if there is any conflict of version 1.7.5.1 with any plugin installed, I disabled plugin by plugin and found that if I disable the Elementor plugin the problem disappears.
Thank you for analysis.
We are using wordpress 6.0 over php 8.0
Any incompatibilities with versions 3.2.5/3.2.6?
With version 3.2.3 everything is okI tested it on a test server and the problems with the cache function of version 3.2.5 remain in version 3.2.6.
Preloading doesn’t work and visiting the site pages doesn’t lead them to be cached.
I had to revert back to version 3.2.3.I would like to confirm that the problem I reported here is resolved in version 3.2.6.
