You’re not going to close the ticket again without resolution, are you?
Aren’t you ashamed to have a problem that was reported several months ago unresolved and with no information provided to those who reported it?

That’s exactly what we’ve been trying to do for several months: That you provide support for a bug in the Elementor Free Plugin.
Once again, the problem is as follows:
The pages are not using the site settings or the theme settings, namely the line height.
In Site settings – Typography, if the height of the line is not filled in you should, as was the case until a few months ago, use the theme settings.
If I changed the height of the lines H1 … H6 (they weren’t filled in) and saved it, nothing changes.
The problem persists after purging the minify cache and purging the cache of all pages.
It also persists after uninstalling the plugin used for these caches (WP-Optimize).
It also persists after uninstalling all plugins except Elementor.
Finally, it persists when changing the Astra theme to another theme, namely Hello. Are you finally going to acknowledge the bug and fix it? Or not?
I need answers.
Frankly, as IT professionals who also support customers, we are very annoyed by your support.
We have to make decisions about continuing to use the Elementor plugin, which makes us sad because the plugin is magnificent but the support is awful.Since the problem was reported several months ago, and before you close this ticket without resolving it, we need to take stock of the situation.
Are you going to fix the problem or are you going to keep making the same suggestions that we’ve already answered so many times?
First of all, we don’t have a hosting provider.
We have wordpress installed on our own webserver. So all the caches have been purged and nothing has been solved.
On the other hand, rewriting the permalinks doesn’t create the deleted .htaccess file again. As for the problem that persists, I’ve tried changing the typography in the site settings to H1…H6 and it doesn’t affect the titles used on pages with HTML H1…H6 tags either.
Everything you ask me to do has already been done and passed on to Elementor support.
I strongly advise you to read the messages to avoid this type of situation, which only makes support look bad.The problem persists …
Elementor’s default fonts and colors have always been disabled.
As I reported months ago, and again 1 week ago, the problem persists after uninstalling all plugins except Elementor.
Can I reactivate the WPO plugin to activate the cache again?
It’s urgent that we do this. The WPO plugin is disabled again.
Once again, I ask for urgency in the verification you intend to do.The WP Optimize?plugin has now been activated again.
I hope you’ve had time to analyze what you wanted. The WP Optimize plugin is temporarily deactivated.
Naturally, I ask for urgency in the analysis. In short, the problem is that the pages are not using the site settings or the theme settings.
In Site settings – Typography, I changed the height of the lines H1 … H6 (they weren’t filled in) and saved it.
Nothing has changed. The problem persists after purging the minify cache and purging the cache of all pages.
It also persists after uninstalling the plugin used for these caches (WP-Optimize).
It also persists after uninstalling all plugins except Elementor.
Finally, it persists when changing the Astra theme to another theme, namely Hello.I noticed that they have released version 3.22.0.
Unfortunately, the problem persists despite having been reported more than 2 months ago.I can only spread a note advising against using the Elementor plugin.
Only because its support doesn’t work. The content of your message is nonsense, to say the least.
You can see the entire sequence of messages in the ticket you closed.I expect a very quick resolution to this problem, which has been pending for 2 months.
Hi,
Since you never solve this problem, I decided to do some more experiments.
In Site Settings – Typography, I changed the height of the H1 … H6 lines (they were not filled in) and saved.
Nothing has changed.
It seems that the pages are not using the site settings.
