Yes, thank you @cena, I do believe that may be the problem. However, I do not want to change anything right now, since many students have started on the course. When all students have completed the course, I will try this fix.

Hi @cena, I am not using any other page builder than Gutenberg. Also I am using the Twenty twenty theme! Shall I try to change to another theme and then back to Twenty Twenty? It seems less trouble than disabling all my plugins.
Why I don’t think it’s a plugin, is because it worked in the beginning, i.e., before I pressed on of the arrows at the bottom. only then did the Sensei functions move to the sidebar. If it had been a plugin, would it not be wrong from the start?

Now working, solved it myself, but don’t know how. I did not have to uninstall any plugins at least!

I had to published it first before it will show. Now resolved.

I activated Publicize, even though I did not connect to any social media platform, and it worked. The featured image now shows up in WhatsApp shares. Amazing. THANK YOU, James!

Thank you so much, Kokkie! The feeds appeared in the Dashboard, but no email. But then I found an earlier reply by, you on another thread, before this answer by you. So on your advice I sent the submission to a different email address. This time it worked. I then added the “send from” address to my safe senders list on my orginal email address. Everything seems to be working now.

Please, this is really important. We are a Public Benefit Organisation for tertiary education to less privileged communities. We use the forms as online tests.
