Does the media manager work when you go to add a regular Post or Page?

We don’t provide support for the pro version here, this forum is only meant for the free version of WP Auctions.

But since you’re here, the issue is very simple. Your theme is loading two versions of an outdated version of jQuery.

Specifically here:

and here:

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://becauseyoucare.ca/wp-content/themes/cbrhf_new/js/jquery.js"></script>

This is the reason the tabs on your auction window are not working. If you can get in touch with your theme designer to help remove those instances your auction window will work.

For future reference, you can contact us through this page for any help. Please note that various versions of the plugin provide different levels of support as stated on our download page.

Our Pro version has a simple bidding engine that allows you to do just that. More information here: Bidding Engines

The plugin comes with a shortcode to show statistics, in general it just shows the contestants ranked from highest to lowest.

User stated on our support site that the issue was caused by a conflicting plugin and deactivating it solved the issue.

The Other Auctions area on the widget sends the link back to the homepage, as the auction widget is expected to be embedded in the sidebar.

Once it takes the user back to the homepage the relevant auction, which was clicked, is shown.

Looks like you changed the folder name of the plugin to wp-auctionsplugin, it is originally just wp-auctions. I’m sure that’s why you are seeing those errors.
