In reply to: How to block others from spoofing with iframe of my siteThe thread was asking about that code. The question was an additional query about the same code that was given by the host to add to the htaccess file. Sorry that the coding Gods were offended.
I guess respect was lost after my generation.

In reply to: How to block others from spoofing with iframe of my siteWell I might have asked elsewhere but not sure why a downvote would tell me anything since I did not see it and the question was if the snippet my host gave me was correct. I guess if they downvote honest questions I don’t want to go there again.
And I have no understanding of your explanation. I just want to know where to put what code.
Thanks for nothing!

In reply to: Importing old DB to New InstallI discovered why the media wasn’t showing up — the uploads folder had the wrong permissions!
Once I fixed that the items did show up in the media library… not just a gray square.
HOWEVER I am trying to fix some graphics but it won’t show them on the page.
Example: There was an old graphic that was just ‘screen shot’ and I wanted to fix it so I knew what it was. So I got the graphic, renamed it, and uploaded it. At first it refused to go in the 2024 folder and kept going back into the 2017 folder.
So I deleted all the files via my FTP and started again with a new name on the file.
Uploaded again and it is STILL going into the 2017 folder!!!!
This is weird behavior, no???
Plus on the page it won’t show up, except when you click on it, it will show up in the browser. All permissions were fixed on that too.
But what of this putting it in the same folder when it’s not even named the same?
I even took a screen shot of it, then renamed it, and it still goes to the old folder. I am still not sure why it doesn’t show up.
STRANGE! Please someone help.

In reply to: Importing old DB to New InstallI was going to re-upload the media files all 163 of then one by one BUT, now that won’t let me do it either!!! There has GOT to be some reason why the files which were included when I imported the DB, now just show up as gray squares in the media library. When I clicked on one to edit it, it showed up but that is the only place.
I have never had this problem before. Is this because the URL changed to https:// ? How to fix this?

In reply to: Importing old DB to New InstallOK I found the old passwords, imported the old DB, and then was able to log in and update the DB.
It’s all working although I have to rearrange what I’d already done, but that’s not a problem.
It was the content I was missing!
Now I just have to figure out why all my images are NOT showing up. How do I fix that? The URL is now https://

In reply to: Migrating to New ServerOK but I did not know that or what is inside the file..
Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Migrating to New ServerAh yes I knew wp-config would change.. this is going to be a fresh install so the new DB name would naturally go in there.
But did you answer my question about the file itself that I am importing?
This will be the same https://domain.com/folder/
This will not server1_samename to server2_samename
So do I change the MySQL FILE NAME from server1_samename.sql.gz to
server2_samename.sql.gz

In reply to: CPU Usage 100% Due to File ‘Hangup’I have reverted to PHP 8.0
I have fully optimized the site’s files
That seems to have helped some, but I still have a problem from time to time.
The sites load lightning fast, but then I can’t get in to edit. When I check, it says 1 entry (me) but 350% of 400% which is insane.
I was told to install Hearbeat but I have no idea how to use that.
Also do not understand about cron jobs.
Please help…

In reply to: CPU Usage 100% Due to File ‘Hangup’How can this be stopped? It’s happening again and I can’t get in to edit my sites. The sites load just fine, just can’t load the edit page.

In reply to: CPU Usage 100% Due to File ‘Hangup’I asked them if it was bots and DDOS and they said no. Usually they can block the IPs. I will let them know about this! Thank you so much.
