In reply to: [EDD Google Analytics Universal Ecommerce] Fatal error upon activationHi Dan
Now I’m gonna sound like that idiot user no one wants to be… haha… But today I can activate the plugin all fine. I think you’ve been onto something re: another plugin conflicting. I’ve had (still have) some problems with the Paymill EDD gateway. After deactivation your plugin activated.
Thanks! Both for the help and writing the plugin!

In reply to: [Flare] Why can't click on the icon to share?Valid reasoning. I 100% agree. The button itself should be clickable.
Those hovers could preferably be skipped completely. Often they look messed up when Facebook in is another language than english. In nanish (my language) “Like” is “Synes got om” which takes more space, cutting off part of the button.

In reply to: [Seriously Simple Podcasting] Author and Short Description problemHey Hugh
Thanks for fast reply. I’m running 1.3.3.
I’ve noticed that the bug behaves like this:
When I manually fill in the Author and Short Description fields: The Author field is populated with the short description (in the feed) – as stated earlier.
However, if I leave them blank, they are populated by the tagline and site name. In the feed, the two are separate. Ie, in that case, the Author name (site name) stays the same, as it should.
But I need to be able to fill them in manually, since the site tagline isn’t appropiate for the podcast.

In reply to: Once Upon A Time, Elvis and AnitaLOL – always a good idea to link to your site;-)
Anyway, it’s okay, yet I’m not a fan of the red text on black background. It’s not easy on the eyes.
Also, the menu should be on one line. You can rename the menu items, in order to override the post/page titles, so that you can keep the long titles, yet have shorter menu item names. Makes sense?
The above said, I think the overall mood of the site matches the content.
Keep it up;-)

In reply to: IT's ME wordpress site and My free Hosting BlogI think the theme itself is very generic and boring looking. Looks like any other WooThemes theme or similar. The pink bakcground color definitely helps spice things up a bit. But consider switching theme to something more customizable, that can be made more unique and special looking.
I highly recommend Headway or Thesis. They’re good, solid frameworks.
Keep the pink background though;-)

In reply to: My very first blog! Also, since the text doesn’t float to the right of the post images, you should make the post images wider, so they span the full width of the content area. Yet still maintain a relatively short image height, so the listing doesn’t become too overwhelming/long.

In reply to: My very first blog!Yes, I agree, the dark goth logo looks like the logo of an 80’s heavy metal band, not a fitness blog. It’s actually very satanic looking =p
The rest of the sites design is okay, but very bland. Looks like a typical WooThemes theme. Nothing special, just grey and boring, because it’s made to be usable by many people, ie. very generalized and generic looking.
You should spice it up, to make it more interesting and inspiring.
Use more images. Sell the dream.
