Hi @nsinelnikov !
Thanks a lot for the detailed description on how to (re)implement the access controls in Events Manager.
I’ll keep you posted if it works indeed !
All the best,Hi @champsupertramp !
Our old website was running WordPress 4.5.24, Ultimate Member 1.3.88, Events Manager 5.9.5.
We now have WordPress 5.8, Ultimate Member 2.2.2, Events Manager 5.10
All the best,
Hello again @champsupertramp
I actually tried to enable all content restrictions (all 18 checkboxes including on event-catégories) but this had no effect on the setup page for recurrent events unfortunately.
This was possible on my old website running previous versions of WP, UM and Events manager
What do you think I should do to have this feature back ?
Regards,
Thanks for coming back to me.
Here is the url to my screenshot:
Settings are in French. Let me know if I need to translate anything.

Hello @champsupertramp,
Thank you for your reply. I changed the topic status back to “not resolved”.
To answer your question, in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Access, I have “Event” checked (this is what allows me to set access restrictions for individual events).
However I don’t see a “recurring events” option that could be enabled but I probably don’t know enough about taxonomy/post set ups to answer well your question…
I just tried enabling all access restrictions types proposed by default and it still has no impact on the recurring event page setup (the block to set access restrictions isn’t visible).
Any idea ?
Thank you!

Hi @guicmazeredo ,
Thanks for your reply!
It’s good to know it has been identified and the team is on it. I just hope it isn’t too low on their to-do list as it prevents European users from exercising their right to have their personal data extracted.

Good luck and thanks for the nice plugin!
All the best,
