Sounds like the Database did not create all the way. could still be perm issue as mentioned but, sounds like it may need to be re-installed, database also. Make sure the WordPress software you are installing meets the requirements of the different server’s software services such as PHP, MySQL, ect..

You can add SEO elements to images things like that. Different themes may affect things, but I think you may get the results you are looking for.

some themes require sertain software to be running on a server, Some hosting providers leave it off for a good reason, and can enable them for you at your request, What ever you are insatlling a theme or plugin, look at the reqururments and ask your host provider if they are all running. If you need more help, just let me know and I can help you create a new topic for your issue, so we dont interfear with this users topic. Your issue is different then this one in some ways.

sometimes more may be required. Normally this can be adjuste in your php.ini file.look for the line: max_execution_time = 30
