Sounds pretty bad. But this error is casused by your manual change of the code and not because of the use of our Plugin. There will be no chance, that we can help you in this case. We only provide this Plugin to include the Google Analytics Tag. In your case, you will need somebody to help you removing the script in your theme. That is not part of our support of this plugins. So at this moment we are not able to help you. Try to find a local WordPress specialist which can assist you further with this problem.

An other way would be to install another theme or the original theme and go ahead from there to find where the error is coming from.

we got this issue on one of our pages too.
We haven’t look further into this, but it looks like the bug only appears when the page gets reloaded after you add a gift cart. We use a mini cart to display the cart contents on every page and the wrong cart total only shows up right after someone adds the item. If you reload the page or navigate to another page the price updates correctly.

glad to hear it worked. But as I already said keep in mind that this fix is not permanent. Updating the plugin will automatically overwrite your changes. So this support ticket isn’t solved at all, the fix should be added to the code to guarantee the highest browser compatibility (there is are sill many users that use IE). The fix I wrote above is not the way you should solve problems in plugins, its just a quick way to fix it temporarily if you really need to get it working.
Regarding your issue with the price thats set to 0.00, we got that problem too.

Hi,

we got the same problem on one of our pages too.
The problem with IE is that display: initial isn’t supported and the plugin uses this css rule to show the “add to cart” button when a value is selected.
The problem is caused on line 12 in assets\js\ywgc-frontend.js. To fix this problem you need to change the line to $("div.single_variation_wrap").css('display', ''); (You also need to update the minified file: assets\js\ywgc-frontend.min.js). This will remove the css rule from the add to cart button correctly across all browsers.
Please keep in mind that if you change it directly in the plugin files this fix will be automatically overwritten if the plugin gets updated.

Sorry for the delayed response.

We have an undocumented shortcode for a custom slidebar button. It is called wksl_slidebar_button. You should be able to create a custom button like this [wksl_slidebar_button text="Click here"]. The icon is essential to the plugin, so there are no plans to add an options for removing it. But you can always write add a custom CSS rule to hide the icon. I hope that helps.
