Every host is configured differently. You could open a supoort ticket with your host. Realize that any issues you have may not generate an error log so that may not help you.
Otherwise you might want to open a new topic on here with a description of your issue, a link to your website and the name of the theme.

In otherwords create a sub-folder/directory.
If your main website is located in:
/home/username/public_html/
create
/home/username/public_html/wp/

Your code is a mess. Plenty of unused tags and other things. Before using W3 validator you need to clean that up and eliminbate the missing (404) pages. Waste of time on the small stuff.
Are you editing your theme or pages in an html editor instead of a text editor?

We would need to know what kind of redirects you are talking about. If this in htaccess then we need to see your htaccess. If in WP then we need further details , a link to your website & your configuration. Otherwise would just be guessing.

First you meant “File attachments:” and not “Attached Files” right?
Have you tried with a small file? Your file size you specified is usually larger than most servers are configured to allow unless you modfiy php.ini.
Also check for conflicts with other plugins.
Also check permissions on the temp directory:
/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads

Change it to whatever you want.

Most people use a text field for numeric.

Yahoo has had issues for years usually just a connectivty issue where the error is “Cannot contact” with most sitemap generators but not a major issue. You can try submitting the sitemap manually to Yahoo. It also will work on occassion only as I just explained.
