  • Hi, i’ve hit this problem also. Changing the blog read settings to 100 from 10 has helped for now however being able to paginate the blog entries displayed would be a very useful feature.
    Thanks

Thanks for this. I understand your response. It would be good if you could provide an export and import function at some point in the way which would make it easy to export/import the directory. Meanwhile i don’t want a refund but thanks for the offer.
I was annoyed by your lack of a timely response i trust that this is an unusual time frame i.e. 3 weeks. I’m happy for you to close this at this time.

    Where is my support?

3 weeks since i purchased this and no response to my posts here and i’ve even emailed you. This is appalling i would be ashamed and embarrassed if i provided this lack of service (i.e. none!) to my clients! Please reply or refund my purchases.

Hi, i would like a reply to this asap please, i’ve purchased the plugins and would like to be able to use them. thanks.

When i used the import today i decided to try mapping the listing title field, it was the only mapping available i.e. i could only select one csv field. The result has been to create a new listing for all paragraphs in each listing. So i now have 55 non-senselistings instead of the 11 i started with. Help!

Thanks for your response. If i can help then just ask. Meanwhile i am re-implementing my site as a freestanding wordpress. However, it would be good to know that SSL will work soon.

You haven’t responded to my response, i’m disappointed.
I have however tried other tests and i now realise there are two problems.
Your plugin does not support a wordpress multi site this is why the api key does not get saved.
Your plugin does not appear to work in a site which uses SSL – i just get java errors saying that there is no API key when of course there is.
If i implement it in a free standing wordpress installation then it works.
In each instance i was using the same API key.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I’m using version 1.1.2 i’m not asked to update.
This is a multisite wordpress, i wonder if this might be part of the problem.
I’m only using these other plugins: accordion, testimonials and wufoo

Should the google api script be inserted in header.php?
Where should i expect the map to be inserted/visible?

    My web site is salt-holdings.co.uk

    thanks for your support

For someone with experience you should be able to say something meaningful and constructive. May be you are new to the concept of asking for help perhaps? What is this ‘it’ more precisely that you want simplified?

Hi jacques, well done. One small problem, the sidebar works in the footer but not in the rencontre page which is where i really want it. When i add the widget to the sidebar it does not display there.

Oh, i just realised that the custom features no sidebar was still checked – it’s working there now ??

I note your point regarding admin, funny enough it is on my list once i get the current problem sorted.

    Merci Nigel

ok. however i’ve tried admin both with and without no sidebar. as i keep saying it was working and since the update it is now not. This is a major issue. I don’t mind paying you for your support effort. The site is due to go live on Monday so i need to resolve this urgently. I can give you all access as required.

I’ve replaced the widget code and the sidebar still does not show up, so this rules out any changes there, as you have been saying but at least i have now checked this doubt. The question remains why no sidebar.

Hi, i’ve changed the default country back to UK, and also the page where rencontre is.
I’ve no idea why these changed ye
t again, it seemed to follow on from the last user registration which is bizare. Having done this i still do not see the sidebar. In the server error log now is 2017-05-13 15:41:41 Warning 62.6.132.77 (32)Broken pipe: mod_fcgid: ap_pass_brigade failed in handle_request_ipc function, referer: https://fateline.co.uk/meet/?renc=account&id=167 Apache error

I think i will back up the widgets page and restore the last one to see if that helps.
I’m also wondering if theme my login is partly to blame.

which refer to the sidebar widget, any ideas?

I’ve deactivate and reactivated both plugins.
Apart from upgrading to latest versions of both your plugins the only other recent change was to install an SSL certificate.
Prior to these changes the sidebar was working ok.

I also notice that the plugin widget lines of code have changed, the working code had 3358, the latest has 3380. So obviously something has changed. I say this in case it helps you pinpoint recent changes you have made.

    Thank you (merci) nigel
