Hi, i still have the problem where the model does not appear in the chatbot dropdown list (it seems to take well over 48 hours before it appears). I’m not aware of any caching in use. I’ve tried many refreshes, logging out/in to admin. Yes, it appears as processed. 6 days ago, previously i said that a website backup seemed to help but since then i’ve done this numerous times without any affect so it must have been coincidence.

I am unable to use this plugin without your help.

I too am not seeing the model, i have followed the script. I feel i am missing something but after 5 days i’ve exhausted all possible permutations… help!

I did this at the start and it was OK. Today i decided just to reinstall my PRO theme and it works ok. Thanks for your support.

Thank you. The theme developer has had a look and reports back that all the console errors have been fixed but that the map still does not display.

Hi, thanks, I am exporting from colorbox PRO and then importing on a new domain, which is why i upgraded to the multidomain pro version. I am happy to give you admin access to both wordpress installations. Can you clarify the table names and also whether or not the free version also needs to be installed on the target domain – i’ve tried both with and without but neither work for me, i.e. when i examine the colorbox from wordpress admin, the colorboxes are not present. The initial url was octobros.co.uk, the target url is feelglee.co.uk – the 4 boxes appear on the homepage.
The colorbox developers have said i should use the wordpress export and import function. I can send you the .xml file; the table is wpsm_colorbox_pro_data apparently. I’ve tried this but it doesnt transfer the original config data!

Further to the above. It appears that my app Nova doesnt like the xml file. When i use firefox then the export/import works ok but the config for the colorbox is not populated, i.e. when i display the colorbox config via WP admin, nothing is displayed.

I’ve tried using tools>export, i then receive: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Any ideas?

It only took you 2 weeks 5 days to reply asking me for the page! i provided this to you at the outset! It is the homepage! i.e. octokleen.co.uk at the foot. Sorry to be so short but no support for weeks is very frustrating! When you view all posts you will see not all posts in latest news section are shown It would appear that the post loop starts at 1 and maybe it should start at 0? This said, i would still like to limit the number of posts displayed as well. Thanks, nigel

Hi, you didn’t answer my question about limiting how many posts to display. I have a related question about what order they are displayed in, is it date? Why am i only seeing 5 posts when it should show 6? Regardless of how many posts there are it seems to show no.of posts -1. i.e. 4 when it should be 5. All the posts are public. Thanks, nigel
