Please check the timezone settings in your WordPress site’s General Settings and within the webinar settings to ensure they are configured correctly.

WebinarPress email confirmation relies on your WordPress site’s mail function and CRON job.

Can you confirm if your site’s mail function is working? For instance, does your site successfully send other emails, such as registration or contact form notifications?

Additionally, please ensure that your site’s CRON job is enabled and functioning correctly, as this is required for email delivery.

Ahmed, the third party site you are referring to is selling the plugin without any support and possibly with damaging changes

We are not responsible for bugs in software that you purchase form someone else because we have no control over their code.

If you find issues with that we do manage, either the free version here or the pro version from our website then we will do whatever we can to resolve them.

I’m sorry you ran into problems. Buying a plugin from a third party site is not recommended for any WordPress plugins and could explain the problems that you experienced. Perhaps it was a very old version or it might have been modified and broken in some way, we have no way of knowing what might have caused the problem.

I’d suggest you only use the official versions of the plugin which include official support – that way we can resolve any issues you might run into, including fixing genuine issues with the plugin.

I see this function is in the free version as well but it is not used. Thanks for pointing that out. We’ll get it removed from the free version in the next update.

When sending your email to support, please include a copy of your system log which can be found by clicking on the Settings link under WebinarPress and then System Info and finally Copy to Clipboard.

Please paste that into the email body as it will greatly help us track down the issue.

We’ve seen this issue in the past. It sounds like you could either be missing a table in your MySQL database or your WordPress cron jobs are not working.
