It appears that the problem that you are experiencing may be with Gravity Forms plugin rather than this one, which works off of the main plugin. We would suggest that you look to https://www.gravityforms.com/help/ for further assistance.

As you have identified in our correspondence, the issue appears with Nested Forms from Gravity Wiz. It seems that disabling Legacy Markup in the form settings and your skilful update of the form CSS you have resolved the problem.

Many apologies, but we are not able to reproduce this issue with the multi-page forms that we are using. Would it be possible to send an export of the form (instructions on creating a form export can be found at: https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/) that you has problems to [email protected], as that would help us greatly.
